Volunteer at Lapham

Dear Volunteer/Parent,
Thank you for exploring volunteer opportunities at Lapham Elementary. Through a close and shared partnership with families, we hope to develop a collaborative environment in which we all take ownership to support our students’ academic and social emotional achievement. Volunteers are an important part of the Lapham Learning Community. Some classroom teachers use volunteers at Lapham; some do not. We are sometimes unable to place all of the volunteers who want to volunteer at Lapham.

In order to maintain a safe environment for our students, staff and surrounding neighborhoods, MMSD requires all volunteers to complete a volunteer application and background disclosure form.
